Super friendly, warm staff! I want to thank the staff for helping my sister and nephew in such a dire situation!! They have such big hearts and it was such a kind gesture! We appreciate it! Room was clean and spacious, beds and pillows were comfy, check in was easy, breakfast had a lot of options.

Chelsea made breakfast every day and it was delicious! The pool was warm, the workout area was nice and clean. 95% of the staff were extremely nice.

The location was close to Bucknell. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a minifridge. We could bring our small dog. The heated pool looked beautiful. The hotel was quiet. Checkin was easy. Free parking.

NICE N CLEAN , NOT 2 PACKED(2 MANY PPL), LOR BREAKFAST OOOH DEY GOT DIS CUTE LOR PANCAKES MACHINE DAT MAKE DESE LOR PANCAKES 4 U..!! DEY HAD POOL & A DOG AREA! DA ROOMS WERE REALLY NICE!

Everything was good. I was looking forward to a waffle breakfast, but it wasn't available. Everything was substantial though. Bed was made well. Restroom was clean.

Friendly and helpful staff. It was not noisy like the other Holiday Inn Express we stayed at other places.

Jacob checked us in and was excellent! Couldn’t have asked for a better, nicer, or more expedient staffer.

The customer service was wonderful. The rooms were excellent, and it was a great price, and the location was only 10 miles from where I was going
